Faculty and students may have personal web pages.  Laboratory  policy is that no commercial advertising appear on these sites.

How to set up your own page on the HPL web....

Since there is no more "H" drive, you will have to FTP your web pages to hpl.umces.edu. Filezilla is a good, free tranfer program.

FTP to hpl.umces.edu The user name and password are what your network login name and password are. You need to make a directory and name it public_html

Place all the necessary files in this directory. Your homepage MUST be called either index.htm or index.html

The URL is for your site will be http://hpl.umces.edu/~your network login name
