Facility
Our
lab is equipped with a host of
high-end computer workstations.
They include:

Five Dell Precision
Workstations with dual
processors at 2.0/2.4 GHz, 1 GB
RAM, MS Window 2000/XP operating
system.
(2)
Four Dell Precision Workstations
with dual processors at 2.0/2.4
GHz, 1 GB RAM, Linux operating
system.
(3)
One Sun Blade 2000 Workstations
with dual processors at 1 GHz, 2
GB RAM, Solaris 8 Unix operating
system.
These
computers are essential assets
for our research projects as we
develop data-assimilative
estuarine/coastal ocean
models and high-resolution
turbulence models.
