Introduction:

Mr. Liu joined us at Horn Point Lab in September 2002, after completing a Msc. degree in Physical Oceanography from the Institute of Oceanography, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is taking courses in our MEES program at the University of Maryland. His Ph.D thesis research will be in the area of coastal/estuarine oceanography and numerical modeling.
